The 5 and 6 carbon sugars obtained using Xyleco’s processes can be used as a feedstock to produce thousands of other products, including succinic, polylactic and other organic acids, tetrahydrofuran (THF), furfural and derivatives, 1,4 Butanediol (BDO) and ethylene/propylene glycol.
